Report a Shop or Item: Keeping Our Marketplace Safe
Trans-First is committed to providing a safe, respectful marketplace for trans, non-binary, and gender-expansive creators, businesses, and customers. If you believe a listing or shop violates our community standards, please report it using the guidance below.
What You Can Report
To help our moderation team act swiftly, you can report listings or shops for any of the following reasons:
• Intellectual Property Infringement
Copied designs, stolen artwork, counterfeit products, or unauthorised use of another creator’s work.
• Prohibited Items
Listings that violate our Safe for Work (SFW) policy or promote illegal, dangerous, or harmful content.
• Harassment or Hate Speech
Transphobic language, targeted harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour.
• Fraud or Scams
Misleading listings, unauthorised dropshipping, counterfeit products, sellers misrepresenting their products, failure to deliver purchased items, or other fraudulent activity.
• Impersonation or Misrepresentation
Shops or listings pretending to represent another creator, business, organisation, or individual.
How to Submit a Report
To help us investigate quickly, please include:
• A Link — A direct link to the product listing or shop.
• Reason for the Report — A brief explanation of the issue.
• Supporting Evidence (Optional) — Screenshots or other relevant information.
When should I use this form? This form is for reporting suspected policy violations or unsafe behaviour. If you have a question about your order, such as shipping, sizing, exchanges, or delivery, please contact the seller directly first.
What Happens Next?
Investigation — We’ll review the reported listing or shop together with any supporting information provided before determining whether it violates our policies.
Action — If a violation is confirmed, we may remove the listing, suspend the seller account, or permanently remove the shop, depending on the severity of the issue.
Privacy — Reports are handled confidentially. We do not reveal the identity of the person making a report to the seller.
