Transparent Commission Model
Our commission structure is simple and transparent. The percentage you keep depends on whether you’re selling digital products and services or physical goods.
Digital
• What you keep: You receive 90% of every sale for digital products and services, including downloadable resources, templates, guides, and consultations.
• Platform Share: Trans-First retains 10% to help operate and improve the marketplace.
Physical
• What you keep: You receive 85% of every sale for physical products, including apparel, artwork, accessories, and other merchandise.
• Platform Share: Trans-First retains 15% to support the operation and growth of the marketplace.
Start Selling in 4 Simple Steps
Follow these simple steps to create your shop, connect your payments, and start selling on Trans-First.
Create Your Account
• Go to our registration portal.
• Choose your shop name.
• Verify your email address.
• Choose a shop name that represents your brand or creative identity.
• Review our seller guidelines before publishing your first listing.
Set Up Stripe Connect
• Connect your Stripe account.
• Create one during setup if needed.
• This allows you to receive secure payouts from your sales.
Trans-First does not hold seller funds or store sensitive payment information. Payments and payouts are securely processed through Stripe Connect.
Configure Settings
• Upload your shop banner and profile image.
• Write a short shop description.
• Configure your shipping settings.
• Add clear shop information so customers know who they are buying from.
• Set accurate delivery estimates and shop policies.
List Your Products
• Click “Add New Product”.
• Add clear images and titles.
• Make sure your listings follow our Safe-for-Work (SFW) guidelines.
Sellers are responsible for ensuring their listings accurately represent their products, use appropriate language and imagery, and respect the identity and dignity of the Trans-First community.
Dropshipping is not permitted. Sellers may only list products they create, produce, or are otherwise authorised to sell.
Seller Responsibility: Sellers are responsible for fulfilling their own orders, communicating with customers, and resolving order-specific issues such as delivery delays, incorrect items, or exchanges in accordance with their published policies.
