Shape the Future of Our Community Economy
Welcome to Trans-First. We’re building a marketplace where trans, non-binary, and gender-expansive creators, specialists, and independent businesses can grow with confidence. Whether you sell professional services, digital products, or physical goods, we’re here to help you build and grow your business within a supportive community.
Getting Started in 4 Simple Steps
Follow these simple steps to create your shop, connect your payments, and start selling on Trans-First:
Create Your Secure Account
Create your account, choose your shop name, and verify your email address. Once you’re signed in, you’ll have access to your seller dashboard.
Connect Stripe
Connect your Stripe account to receive secure customer payments and seller payouts. If you don’t already have a Stripe account, you can create one during setup.
Configure Store Settings
Add your banner, logo, shop description, and shipping settings so customers can learn more about your business.
List Your Products
Add your products or services, upload images, set your prices, and publish your listings. All listings must follow our Safe-for-Work (SFW) marketplace guidelines.
Step-by-Step Onboarding Form Checklist
Before you begin, it’s helpful to have the following ready:
Legal Name & Identity Verification
Your legal name and identity verification are handled securely through Stripe as part of the payment account setup process.
Public Shop Name & Bio
Choose a public shop name and write a short description that tells customers about you and what you offer.
Bank Account for Payouts
Connect a personal or business bank account through Stripe so you can receive payouts from your sales.
High-Resolution, SFW Imagery
Prepare a clear shop banner, profile image, and product photos that reflect your business and meet our Safe-for-Work (SFW) standards.
Building a Safe and Respectful Marketplace
We want Trans-First to be a safe, welcoming, and sustainable marketplace for everyone. All products, services, and shop content must follow our Community Standards and Safe for Work (SFW) policy.
Dropshipping is not permitted. Sellers must only list products they create, produce, or are authorised to sell.
