Data Protection Safeguard
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Third-Party Services
We work with trusted third-party providers to operate the marketplace securely. The information we collect depends on whether you are using Trans-First as a buyer or as a seller.
For Buyers (WooCommerce Checkout): Our platform stores the information needed to process your order, such as your chosen name (where applicable), shipping address, and contact details. Payments are securely processed by Stripe. Trans-First does not store your full payment card details on its own servers.
For Creators & Vendors (Stripe Connect Onboarding): To comply with global Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) mandates, Stripe acts as an independent data controller. Legal names, identity verification documents, and tax information are processed securely by Stripe. Trans-First does not receive or store the identity documents you submit directly to Stripe.
