EU Users & GDPR Compliance

Data Protection & Sovereignty

Trans-First OÜ is the legal data controller for your information under European data law. Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), if you are an EU resident or interacting with our Estonian business, you possess the right to access, correct, or permanently delete any personal data submitted via our storefront or dashboards.

To exercise these administrative rights, request data updates, or file an inquiry, please contact our data team directly at:

Data Protection Safeguard

Your contact submission data is fully encrypted, stored securely, and is strictly never shared or sold to third parties.

Third-Party Processors & Financial Decoupling

To securely operate our identity-affirming marketplace, data collection is strictly decoupled based on your operational platform role:

For Buyers (WooCommerce Checkout): Our platform database only logs your “Chosen Name,” shipping destination, and contact details to fulfill order delivery. Financial payment routing is securely handled by Stripe Elements. Your legal “Cardholder Name” is tokenized directly on the client side; it never passes through or logs inside our local WordPress database cluster.

For Creators & Vendors (Stripe Connect Onboarding): To comply with global Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) mandates, Stripe acts as an independent data controller. Legal names, identification documents, and tax validations are processed entirely on secure, off-site stripe.com hosted channels. Trans-First OÜ never collects or encounters your legal identity documents, ensuring total safety from server database leaks.

Tracking Technologies and Cookies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to monitor site health and performance. This analytics tracking is privacy-first, cookie-less, and does not aggregate personal identifiers or cross-track you across other networks.

Any essential system cookies utilized by this platform are strictly used to maintain security, verify server integrity, and ensure smooth user navigation. You can adjust your cookie settings or revoke consent via our dashboard parameters at any time.
