For Buyers (WooCommerce Checkout): Our platform database only logs your “Chosen Name,” shipping destination, and contact details to fulfill order delivery. Financial payment routing is securely handled by Stripe Elements. Your legal “Cardholder Name” is tokenized directly on the client side; it never passes through or logs inside our local WordPress database cluster.
For Creators & Vendors (Stripe Connect Onboarding): To comply with global Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) mandates, Stripe acts as an independent data controller. Legal names, identification documents, and tax validations are processed entirely on secure, off-site stripe.com hosted channels. Trans-First OĆ never collects or encounters your legal identity documents, ensuring total safety from server database leaks.
