Who can sell on Trans-First?
Trans-First welcomes transgender, non-binary, gender-expansive creators, LGBTQ+ creators, allies and independent businesses who share our values of respect, privacy and community. Our marketplace is built for people who want to offer trusted services, digital resources or physical products in a supportive environment.
What kinds of services and goods are supported?
Trans-First supports three creator pathways: professional services, digital products and physical products. This includes consulting, coaching, guides, templates, creative resources, apparel, artwork, wellness products and other community-focused offerings.
How do fees work during and after the 90-day pilot window?
Founding cohort members receive a 0% platform commission fee for their first 90 days. After the pilot period, creators keep 90% of revenue from digital products and consulting bookings and 85% from physical product sales. There are no monthly subscriptions or hidden listing fees.
What payment processor do you use, and when do I get paid?
We use Stripe Connect to securely process payments. During onboarding, creators connect a verified payment account through their dashboard. Earnings are automatically calculated and sent through the payment system without manual deductions.
What is the Safe-For-Work (SFW) content policy?
Trans-First is a safe-for-work marketplace designed to maintain a welcoming environment for creators and customers. Listings must follow our community standards, and content that does not meet these guidelines may be removed.
